Farewell to Paul and Mo

On Sunday 7th February Paul took his last service at Watnall Road.

Using the story of the people of Israel spying out the land before entering into Canaan, Paul encouraged us to remember that there is more, never to be satisfied with our Christian lives, but to keep looking for more of God.

After the service we enjoyed a Bring and Share Lunch together.
On behalf of the church Trevor Clay thanked Paul and Mo for their ministry and gave them a gift as a token of the appreciation of the members of the church.

We prayed for Paul’s future ministry in Dorking and for the church there.
Paul and Mo move down to Dorking on Monday 15th February and his Induction Service will be on 6th March.
