NEW - Community Action Teams

Launching Saturday 10th September at Watnall Road Baptist Church...
Community Action Teams
Starting with coffee and prayer at church, 9.00-9.30am. Then going out to serve our community and returning to church at 12.00noon. There will be 3 teams - gardening, litter collection and visiting residential homes. Please get in touch if you can join in, or just turn up on Saturday morning. Community Action Teams will take place on alternate months on the second Saturday of the month. So if you can't make it this time there's always November...

After the success of the Action Teams during the Staycation weekend back in May and listening to God’s challenge for us to do more serving our local community - we are planning these bi-monthly teams. We hope to develop further teams also, to add to the three operating in September.

Everyone can take part. There will be sign up sheets before the Action Saturday, or you can just turn up in the morning.
