Window On The World

At Watnall Road we believe in supporting God’s work around the world - in our own nation and overseas. The following are supported:

BMS World Mission (Baptist Missionary Society) - our BMS link workers are Alex and Jackie Vickers working in Uganda.

Home Mission - supporting the Baptist network of churches in the UK
Grahamstown Baptist Church, South Africa
Networks, helping the poorest communities in Romania
Barnabus Fund, support for Christians persecuted for their faith

We also encourage our members to consider going on mission trips. In recent years church members have been to Morocco, India, Uganda, Romania and South Africa.

When we can’t “go” on mission, we support God’s work through “prayer” and “giving”.
