Junction & OneEighty (Youth)

We believe that young people have as much to contribute to the church both now and into the future. Their potential, energy and faith are inspiring and we take seriously the need to nurture and support them as they grow. Our prayer is that the young people in our care come to know Jesus, stand on the truth of his word and grow in their gifts and discipling so that they have a passion to serve Gods’ kingdom and share the truth about Jesus. While all this is happening –it is important to have a really good time together.

We have 2 groups for Teenagers.

Sunday mornings is JUNCTION 10.15 – 11.45am
We meet in the main church at 10.15 and share in worship with the whole of the church family. After this time we ‘retire’ to ‘The Lounge’ for our own time of Teaching and talk. This is time for us to look at God’s word, work out how it applies to our lives, and work out what we should be doing about it. We talk, we listen we think, we read and we pray.

Sunday evenings in OneEighty 6-8pm (alternate weeks)
In OneEighty we have more time together. We explore in more detail what it is like to live as a Christian in today’s world of school, college and work. OneEighty is a place to be real as we challenge ourselves and each other to grow as Christians. Our evening are varied they include teaching, activities, DVD, Music, prayer, worship, time on groups etc……and always biscuits. OneEighty is a great place to bring friends to…

As Junction/OneEighty we also get out and about and get involved in other things as part of the church.
